From the depths of personal chaos to the heights of societal change, my journey through life’s most severe trials—adoption, expulsion, violence, and incarceration—has shaped me not just into a survivor, but a catalyst for profound change. Today, as a Lived Experience Consultant, I leverage my past to empower and elevate individuals and organizations, turning deep-seated challenges into actionable insights and strategies for growth.
My mission goes beyond sharing a story. It’s about actively shaping policies and programs that prevent others from falling through the cracks of our systems. In my role, I bring authenticity and relatability to mentorship, understanding that today’s youth need guides who are genuine and approachable.

Every scar tells a story, and mine speak volumes—from the streets to Parliament, from chaos to clarity. I’ve been adopted into a lie, stabbed at 16, kicked out of school, imprisoned three times, sectioned under the Mental Health Act, and battled drug and alcohol addiction. I’ve experienced gang violence from both sides, lost close friends to the streets, and spent years navigating systems designed to break me. But I didn’t just survive—I transformed.
In my keynote speeches, I don’t hold back. I explore the full spectrum of adversity: trauma, fatherlessness, identity, mental health, criminality, grief, and redemption. I speak not just to inspire, but to challenge, provoke, and guide. My lived experience has led me to co-create the UK’s first secure school, advise government and policy leaders, and support frontline organisations tackling the very issues I once embodied.
